BookingTimes offers three different pricing plans based on the features you need. We charge you the base platform fee (this covers the website, hosting, and dashboard) and for each calendar used for scheduling. Admins are free, clients are free, bookings are free. Bookingtimes can be paid monthly or annually. For our Enterprise customers, we offer Licensing agreements, SLA's and flexible options.

Simply put, no. We have a complete knowledgebase with user guides to help you set up and understand the system. We also have a large team of wonderful humans there to help you, train you, and support you from day one.

Small businesses can be up and running within a day, larger businesses may have more information so may take a few more days. We have two options for setup - Do-it-yourself or Professional Build. Our Professional Build option will save you time, and connects you up with one of our experienced team members.

Yes! You can use our knowledge base and customer support portal at any time of day. If you need to get in contact with us, we're happy to answer the phone during business hours. We'll help you with every aspect of the software and have heaps of tips to get the maximum out of the system.

Nope! The platform fee associated with the software includes a website. If you already have a website - we can help you bring it onto the BookingTimes platform. Alternatively, you can skip the BookingTimes website and simply use our Booking and Dashboard features with your existing website.

Yes! We don't just support the use of your own domain, we strongly encourage it. You can connect a domain name purchased through any provider to your BookingTimes site. If you don't have a domain yet you can purchase one via your BookingTimes domain manager.

Absolutely. BookingTimes is PCI DSS, SOC2 Type 2, and HIPAA compliant. We security handle credit card and personally identifiable information. You can read more about our security policies on our Compliance page.
