BookingTimes offers 3 different pricing plans - based on the features you need. Regardless of the plan you choose, we only charge you for the platform (website, dashboard, marketing, reports, invoicing, etc....) and each calendar used for scheduling. Admins are free, clients are free, bookings are free, emails are free and future upgrades to your plan are also free. Bookingtimes can be paid monthly or annually for basic service use - for our Enterprise customers, we offer Licensing agreements, SLA's and flexible options.

Simply put, no. With that being said, if you've been riding a tricycle your whole life, and get on a Harley - there is going to be a little bit of a learning curve. That's why we have large teams of wonderful humans there to help you, train you (on your specific configurations), and support you from day one.

Small businesses can be up and running within a day, larger businesses may have more information they need to enter (more services, more employees, more website pages....so it may take a few more days.) We have 2 options for setup - DIY or team assisted. Our team assist option will save you time, and lines you up with one of our experienced team members who can train you in real time while making changes to your system at your request.

If this is one of your top questions - chances are, you've had the joy of dealing with large "out of the box" software companies who have no interest in you, aside from your payment and making it larger if possible. We do not operate that way. Our business has grown primarily from business to business referrals - and we would like to keep it that way. No! You sure don't. The platform fee associated with the software includes a "front end" or a customer facing website for you. We are constantly adding new templates and designs to choose from. If you already have a website - we can help you bring it onto the BookingTimes platform, or work out a new custom design. We have options - and our strategists are happy to discuss all of them with you.

Yes! Of course - we don't just support the use of your own domain, it's our procedure to help you make that happen - even if you don't have a domain yet. Your domain, your brand, your traffic - it should all be yours.

Yes! Our features and upgrades to the software come from the brilliance and needs of our clients - but if there is something outside of the collective good, and better for just you - we can discuss custom development as well as the time estimated to complete on your behalf.

Yes, we are not only PCI level 1 compliant, but we have gone above and beyond to ensure your data is secure. (Our reputation depends on it, and so does yours.) We have 2 factor authentication for account creation and initial login (no more spam users!), and have built this software to be impenetrable (we literally pay professional "hackers" to attempt to get in and are required to pass a penetration test every single year to keep our credential).
